The inspiration for the Master Plan of Deer Moss Creek® is its unique natural environment. The neighborhoods are designed around the creek, its tributaries and wetland areas. The 8’-10’ wide, paved trail follows the path of the creek and joins the neighborhoods. As each phase is developed, that section of trail will be extended.
