Deer Moss Creek®

The inspiration for the Master Plan of Deer Moss Creek® is its unique natural environment. The neighborhoods are designed around the creek, its tributaries and wetland areas. The 8’-10’ wide, paved trail follows the path of the creek and joins the neighborhoods. As each phase is developed, that section of trail will be extended. The main road, Deer Moss Loop, includes a bike path to encourage people to leave their cars behind. Sidewalks are 5’ wide to make it easier for people to walk side-by-side. Many of the homes include front porches, enabling people to feel connected to their neighbors. Parks and other green spaces entice people to spend time outside. This mixed-use community includes areas for single family and multifamily residential, commercial, light industrial, and a town center at its heart.

Deer Moss Creek® Owners’ Association (DMCOA) is managed by Panhandle Management. Homeowners and Residents can click here to access the Deer Moss Creek® Online Portal to read neighborhood announcements or submit maintenance requests (login required).
