PHASES 1 & 1A (116 lots): 

115 Homes completed out of 116 lots.

PHASE 2 (150 lots):

This phase is 70% occupied, new homes are available.

PHASE 7 (138 lots):

New homes under construction, finished homes and vacant lots available.

PHASE 11 (102 lots):

New homes under construction, vacant lots available.

HARTFIELD CLUBHOUSE/AMENITIES:

The clubhouse and pool located in Phase 2 are estimated to be completed by Fall 2024.

TOWN CENTER/COMMERCIAL:
