Developer Update

PHASES 1 & 1A (116 lots): 

115 Homes completed out of 116 lots.

PHASE 2 (150 lots):

This phase is 50% occupied, homes and lots are available. 

PHASE 7 (138 lots):

First group of homes under construction to be completed Spring 2024. 

PHASE 11 (102 lots):

Infrastructure should be completed by the end of May 2024.

HARTFIELD CLUBHOUSE/AMENITIES:

The clubhouse and pool located in Phase 2 are estimated to be completed by Summer 2024 . Construction of the basketball half court and children’s playground will  begin once the clubhouse and pool are completed.

TOWN CENTER/COMMERCIAL:
