Hi, I am Jodie Snell, and I am a licensed, Florida realtor with Ruckel Properties Inc. of Niceville, Florida. I am graduate of Florida State University and will occasionally offer up a yell for the Auburn Tigers…. for my boys. I have 3 wonderful and highly active children and live in the Niceville community. I chose our home, in Niceville, for the same reasons everyone does…. there’s just no better place to call home! Our hometown is family oriented, convenient to shopping and minutes away from Destin’s beautiful beaches, all while still preserving that “small-town” atmosphere….and not to mention, one of the BEST A+ school systems in the State of Florida!
Always accepting a challenge, I began my career in the Real Estate industry 16 years ago and have never looked back. The greatest pleasure, I have experienced, is matching properties with potential buyers and “at the end of the day” feel assured that they have received the best service and the best deal possible for their real estate needs. People that I meet teach me the most. Its each new relationship that I form with buyers, sellers, builders, and fellow realtors, that I cherish the most. When involved with a customer, they receive my full dedication throughout the entire transaction.
